As a family nurse practitioner, I enjoyed caring for my clients in family practice, urgent care and emergency medicine, but I often found myself frustrated that time constraints caused them to leave with bits and pieces of their lifestyle, health and wellbeing untouched and unexplored. So, I asked myself… HOW can I make a difference and impact clients who want to become the best versions of themselves?!

With a focus on lifestyle modifications through nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep hygiene, and more, I use my experience, knowledge and skills to create the ultimate health coaching partnership with my clients. Helping them take complete control of their “wellness” through sustainable lifestyle changes that prevent, mitigate, and even reverse chronic disease.
My goal is to focus on each client from a holistic approach, getting to know them on a personal level and empowering them to “take the wheel” in identifying, discovering, planning, and implementing life changing strategies to guide them to achieve their wellness goals. The World Health Organization reports, “We need to shift the idea of what is the matter with you, to what matters to you?” This is exactly the work we will accomplish together.
